When it doesn't fit your bedside
Sometimes the bed is too tall or the room is too small. Here is how to send a bassinet back.
Before you return it
- Try all three heights (17.7, 18.5, 19.3 inches). Many "too low" problems are solved by the top setting.
- Check every screw and the base straps. A bassinet that wobbles before tightening is usually solid after.
- Missing a part? Ask the seller for a replacement through your order page instead of returning the whole bed.
How returns work
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled by the marketplace where you placed your order, under its return window and conditions. Start from your order page, choose the reason, and follow the label instructions. Pack the bassinet folded, with the mattress, net and basket.
